These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Healthio.

Healthio provides access to licensed clinicians, educational resources, hormone testing coordination, and wellness support. Information provided on the platform is for informational and clinical care purposes only and should not replace emergency medical treatment or in-person care when necessary.

Using our platform does not guarantee diagnosis, treatment outcomes, prescriptions, or eligibility for care.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Healthio services. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Our services may not be available in all states due to clinician licensing restrictions.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree not to share your account access with others or use the platform in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive manner.
Healthio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise platform security.
Clinical services
Clinical recommendations, prescriptions, lab testing, and treatment plans are determined solely by licensed medical providers based on medical appropriateness.
Submitting an intake form or purchasing a membership does not guarantee that treatment, prescriptions, or laboratory testing will be approved.
Your clinician may determine that certain treatments are not medically appropriate for your situation.
Lab testing and prescriptions
Laboratory testing is processed through third-party accredited laboratory partners including Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp.
Prescription fulfillment is handled through licensed pharmacy partners. Availability, pricing, shipping timelines, and prescription eligibility may vary by state and pharmacy regulations.
You are responsible for reviewing all medication instructions, warnings, and potential side effects before use.
Payments and memberships
By purchasing a membership or consultation, you authorize Healthio and its payment providers to charge the payment method on file.
Membership fees, consultation pricing, and testing costs are displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once services have been provided.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund completed services.
Healthio reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate health information, including symptoms, medications, allergies, and medical history.
Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality and safety of your care.
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.
Intellectual property
All platform content, branding, educational materials, design elements, graphics, and technology are owned by Healthio and protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any platform materials without written permission.

Service availability

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Healthio during the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthio, its clinicians, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Changes to terms

When material updates occur, we will revise the updated date and may notify users through email or platform notices. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
