How quickly will I hear back from my clinician?
All member messages receive a clinician response within 24 hours. Most hear back within 4 to 6 hours during weekdays. You can message your clinician directly from your dashboard no need to contact support.

The fastest route is our 2-minute intake quiz. It takes about 8 minutes, covers your symptoms and goals, and matches you with the right clinician. No commitment required to complete it.
Can I change or cancel my membership
Yes, anytime. Pause or cancel from your account dashboard under Settings. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel within 30 days of a new prescription, we refund the unused treatment cost.
Is Healthio available in my state?
We're licensed to prescribe in all 50 US states. Some services (like in-person lab draws) are available in select cities. Check our coverage page for location-specific details.
