Dr. Nadia Hossain

Board-certified endocrinologist with 14 years of clinical practice and a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology. Before founding Healthio, Dr. Hossain led the women's health division at UCSF Medical Center, where she noticed a consistent pattern: women presenting with hormonal symptoms were being evaluated with incomplete lab panels and dismissed with lifestyle advice that addressed symptoms, not causes.

That observation became the founding thesis of Healthio that most hormonal conditions are undertested, undertreated, and underestimated, and that the solution is a combination of better diagnostics, better clinician access, and better member education. Dr. Hossain oversees all clinical protocols at Healthio, sets the lab panel standards, and remains an active treating clinician herself.
